Meet follow cohort members.
Review selected project scopes, and discuss scoping your project work.

Week Two Agenda
Primary Session
Explore a real story of systems change through a case study and discussion — with guest practitioner Justin Iwasaki.
Apply systems thinking tools to map stakeholders and name forces in your own project.
Identify leverage points and integrate insights into your project strategy.
Studio Session
More with Justin Iwasaki — get into the details of how his team used design to advance their work.

Week Three Agenda

Introduction to Strategy+Design.
Develop a Strategy Snapshot — building on your Scopey work — revisit project goals, where you are focusing, and outstanding questions.
Hear two mini stories of cycles of design work to advance a project and make change.
Outline two cycles of design work (Ethnography and Experimentation) in response to your strategy and most important questions & assumptions.
Studio Session
Review and discuss design work and how to approach it.
Share and get group feedback on your own project.
Week Four Agenda
Primary Session
Hear a case study of design work and how equity practices were integrated — with guest practitioner Rose Barchlow.
Explore equity-centered design practices in your own work.
Identify ways to apply these practices in your project and organization
Studio Session
Reflect in breakouts about how your identifies affect how you might approach your work.
